Blot spills right away with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in, don't rub, which marks the fabric. For a deeper clean, use a mild upholstery-safe cleaner and test it on a hidden spot first. Wipe the wood arms with a soft, dry cloth, and keep the chair out of prolonged direct sun, which fades both the fabric and the wood.
