Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow it on the carrier's site. That's the best way to stay updated on your delivery.

Most furniture arrives within 2–8 business days. Larger furniture such as sofas may take around 10-15 business days to arrive. If you're in the Greater Vancouver or Greater Toronto area, you can schedule your delivery date. View full shipping and delivery details.

We ship across Canada only at this time. As we grow, that may change, we'll share updates when it does.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all parts included.

Email service@aykah.ca with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos or a video. Our team will confirm the next steps and return instructions. Return shipping fees apply, and a 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return condition.

We use premium, sustainably sourced materials including kiln-dried hardwood frames, high-resilience foam cushioning, top-grain and full-grain leather, and performance-grade fabrics.

All Aykah furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery. See our Warranty page for full details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer monthly payments through Affirm; payment options are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Yes, we have showrooms in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam, BC, and in Mississauga, ON, where you can see and feel our furniture in person.
