This bed is everything I hoped for and more! It is stunning! It was a bit stubborn to put together but between my hubby and I (and our kiddo supervising) we were able to do it relatively quickly. The storage underneath the bed is amazing. It’s the perfect spot for Christmas presents. It shipped in two packages which arrived on separate days (shipped from different locations) and both arrived in perfect condition. They were heavy to lift alone but do able. Highly recommend the bed!

Was able to assemble myself (female) not good at this stuff lmao but took many hours. Instructions were sometimes confusing. Says 2 hours for 2 people so didn’t do too bad. lol. Easy communication and gave me a few extras which was appreciated. Delivered a little later but it was when the snow hit but still delivered. Delivery boys were nice and left the items where I asked them too. All in all liked the experience. Thank you.

The instructions could be a bit better - twice we put a piece backwards or used a washer when we shouldn’t have but it was easy to fix our mistakes. Our mattress is a bit too thick for this frame and it slides backwards and gets stuck when we lift it to open the storage compartment and we are currently looking for a solution to this problem. Overall though, for the price, we are very satisfied. It looks great and doesn’t wobble or squeak at all. Would recommend (especially if you have a thinner mattress).

Vacuum the headboard regularly with an upholstery attachment. For Ivory Velvet and Light Grey Velvet, blot spills with a clean dry cloth, don't rub, which disrupts the pile. Brush lightly with a soft cloth to restore the nap after cleaning. For Ash Linen, blot only and use a mild dish soap and water solution for marks; test on a hidden spot first. Keep out of direct sun to prevent fading over time.

For everyday upkeep, a quick pass with your vacuum's fabric attachment keeps dust from settling in. For spills and spots, mix a little dish soap into warm water and gently blot the area with a soft microfiber cloth, no scrubbing needed.

We recommend a 10-inch mattress for all of our lift-up storage beds. It's the most compatible thickness for the frame and keeps the lift mechanism working smoothly. If your mattress is thicker than 10 inches, feel free to contact us to confirm compatibility.

The slats are spaced 2.5 inches apart, close enough to properly support foam and hybrid mattresses and well within what most mattress warranties require.
