The Brittany has a tufted headboard at 46.5 inches tall, the tufting runs across the full panel and gives it more visual weight than a plain upholstered frame. The lift-up base opens to 11 inches of storage underneath. Three fabric options: Ivory Velvet, Ash Linen, and Light Grey Velvet. Three sizes, no box spring needed.

They were heavy to lift alone but do able. Highly recommend the bed!

Our mattress is a bit too thick for this frame and it slides backwards and gets stuck when we lift it to open the storage compartment and we are currently looking for a solution to this problem. Overall though, for the price, we are very satisfied. It looks great and doesn’t wobble or squeak at all. Would recommend (especially if you have a thinner mattress).

Vacuum the headboard regularly with an upholstery attachment. For Ivory Velvet and Light Grey Velvet, blot spills with a clean dry cloth, don't rub, which disrupts the pile. Brush lightly with a soft cloth to restore the nap after cleaning. For Ash Linen, blot only and use a mild dish soap and water solution for marks; test on a hidden spot first. Keep out of direct sun to prevent fading over time.

For everyday upkeep, a quick pass with your vacuum's fabric attachment keeps dust from settling in. For spills and spots, mix a little dish soap into warm water and gently blot the area with a soft microfiber cloth, no scrubbing needed.
We recommend a 10-inch mattress for all of our lift-up storage beds. It's the most compatible thickness for the frame and keeps the lift mechanism working smoothly. If your mattress is thicker than 10 inches, feel free to contact us to confirm compatibility.
The slats are spaced 2.5 inches apart, close enough to properly support foam and hybrid mattresses and well within what most mattress warranties require.
