What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must have been delivered within the last 14 days of your request.

What materials are your beds made out of?

Each style offers a unique look and feel, allowing you to choose the perfect bed that complements your space while ensuring long-lasting quality.
What is the recommended mattress size for lift-up beds?
We recommend a 10-inch mattress for all of our beds, especially our lift-up models, to ensure the best function and ease of use. While thicker mattresses are compatible, please keep in mind they may add extra weight, making the lift-up feature harder to operate. Our beds are designed to support mattresses up to 130 lbs for optimal performance.
Can I schedule my delivery for a later date?
Yes, but only if you're located in Lower Mainland, British Columbia or in the Greater Toronto Area.

Does the bed come with a mattress?
Our bed frames are sold separately from mattresses, but we offer a selection of ideal mattress options in our showrooms. Visit us in person at our locations in Port Coquitlam, BC, or Mississauga, ON, to find the perfect match for your new bed frame.
