Wipe the oak with a soft, dry cloth, going with the grain; for spills, use a damp cloth and dry right away, standing moisture is the thing to avoid. Use coasters and trivets, and set hot dishes on a pad rather than the bare top. Dust the wicker panels with a soft brush or vacuum attachment to lift grit from the weave, and keep them dry. Keep the table out of direct sun and away from heat vents, both of which dry the wood and the wicker over time.
