Vacuum the upholstery regularly with an upholstery attachment, and blot spills with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing, which can push a stain deeper into the weave. For tougher marks, use a mild fabric cleaner and test on a hidden area first. Wipe the metal legs with a soft, dry cloth and dry any spills quickly. Keep the chair out of long stretches of direct sun so the colour stays even, and fluff the seat now and then to hold its shape.
