Not satisfied, Uncomfortable and very hard. maybe works for an office wait room but nothing else

This sofa is super cute, very aesthetically pleasing. The material is high quality but a bit scratchy, not in an uncomfy way though. It is a bit short but nevertheless, it’s still very comfy for me. The cushions are firm but it does have a bit of bounce to it, so laying on it when it’s folded down is still relaxing and comfortable.
It was super easy to put together, took about 20 minutes and I did it alone.
