Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, going with the grain; for spills, use a damp cloth and dry right away, don't let water pool, especially along the edges. Use coasters and trivets, and keep hot dishes off the bare top. Keep the table out of direct sun and away from heat vents, which dry the finish over time.
