At Aykah, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please review the policy below so the process stays smooth and fair for everyone.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Restocking fees may apply. Please review the Restocking Fees section below for full details.

All returns require prior approval from Aykah. Items returned without written return authorization may be refused.

To start a request, email service@aykah.ca and include:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Clear photos or video if there is damage or a defect


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unassembled
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • All parts, hardware, and manuals must be included
  • Assembled items are not eligible for return
  • Items that have been assembled and later unassembled will not be accepted

If the box has been opened but the item has not been used or assembled, a restocking fee may apply.

If an item is returned without proper packaging and becomes damaged during transit, the customer is responsible and the refund may be denied.

Aykah reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or shows signs of use, assembly, alteration, damage, or missing components.


Final Sale, Clearance, and Custom Orders

 

Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on liquidation and final sale items.

Items purchased on sale, clearance, promotional markdowns, or labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom orders and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible to be returned or refunded. Items marked as Final Sale are not covered by our standard Limited Warranty.

Custom and special order items purchased in store are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


If There Is an Issue With Your Product

 

All issues are reviewed in accordance with our return policy. Resolutions are provided based on verification of the reported issue.

Shipping Damage

If the product itself is visibly damaged at delivery, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

Damage to outer packaging alone does not automatically qualify as product damage.

If the item has already been delivered, please complete our customer issue form and provide clear photos of:

  • Outer packaging

  • Inner packaging

  • The product damage from multiple angles

We will review the documentation and file a claim with the carrier where applicable.

Manufacturing Defects

Please complete our customer issue form and upload clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed and verified, we may provide replacement parts or another resolution in accordance with our policy.

Replacement parts are provided for verified manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damage only. They are not provided for general wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or change of mind.

If a proposed resolution is declined, any return must follow our standard return policy, and the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely and in eligible condition.


Return Shipping and Transportation Costs

 

Aykah does not assume transportation or shipping charges for items being returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs vary depending on:

• Product size and weight
• Customer location
• Carrier rates at the time of return

Once your return is approved, we can provide a return shipping quote through our carrier.

You are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping through a carrier of your choice. The item must be safely packaged and insured.

Standard Service Area vs Outside Service Area

Our standard service area includes the Greater Vancouver Area and Greater Toronto Area.

If your delivery address is within our standard service area, return transportation fees will be based on our local carrier rates at the time of return.

If your delivery address is outside our standard service area, the return fee will be based on our forward shipping rates at the time of return. 

Refusal of Delivery

Refused deliveries are treated as returns. Original outbound shipping, return shipping, and any carrier refusal fees will be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Charges and Free Shipping Orders

 

All shipping charges are non refundable.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Aykah will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.

Shipping charges paid at checkout, including delivery upgrades, are non refundable once the order has shipped.


Restocking Fee Policy

 

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply if:

• Packaging has been opened
• Item has been handled beyond basic inspection
• Packaging is damaged
• Item is not returned in original condition

If a restocking fee applies, we will notify you before processing the final refund.


Refunds

 

Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment used for the order.

If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit equal to the refund amount will be issued.

Refund Timeline

You can expect to receive your refund within 6 to 10 business days from the date the product is physically received at an Aykah location.

This timeframe includes:

• Product inspection, 1 to 3 business days
• Refund processing, 3 to 5 business days

In many cases, refunds are processed sooner.

Refunds may be reduced by applicable return shipping fees, original outbound shipping costs, restocking fees, refused delivery fees, or any carrier related charges.


Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.Once an order has shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation is treated as a return and return shipping fees will apply.


Delivery and Pickup Information

Additional Services Available in Our Standard Service Area (GVA & GTA)

In Unit Delivery
A flat $50 in unit delivery fee applies.

Assembly Service
Assembly service is available for an additional $150.

Delivery Scheduling
For deliveries within the Greater Vancouver Area or Greater Toronto Area, our team will contact you one day prior to delivery to confirm the delivery timeframe.


Pickup Orders

 

You will receive an email confirmation when your items are ready for pickup. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order.

Original receipt or email receipt is required at pickup.

Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging.

The product warranty applies only to merchandise leaving the store in its original packaging.

Aykah is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle during loading.

Aykah cannot be held responsible if merchandise cannot be loaded due to weight or dimensions.

Orders not picked up within 14 days of becoming available for pickup will be cancelled and refunded.


Pre Orders

 

Items marked as pre order will only be available for pickup or delivery once they have arrived at the designated warehouse.

Estimated arrival timelines are listed on the product page and are subject to change.
