Have ordered and received 2 beds now, the customer service was outstanding!!!!
Prompt and efficient delivery.
To be honest assembly was challenging but so worth it, now have beautiful beds with excellent storage options.
Some of the bracket pieces that held together the bottom frame of the bed were severely bent upon arrival and we had to bend them back into place which was a huge pain. The pieces also weren’t labelled with any letters so following the instructions and putting together corresponding pieces was a nightmare. Bed does not have that much room for storage of items underneath due to the support bars that come down from the mattress support. Small items only or maybe some clothing but I was planning to store an old flatscreen in here and was unable to.
Wrong size bed was delivered (Queen delivered instead of King) and was told I would have to wait 2 more days for redelivery. I had to push and fight to have the correct size bed redelivered the same day and even still the bed did not arrive until after 6pm instead of 11am and we spent hours putting it together as we had no bed. Very frustrating experience and did not feel like a valued customer whatsoever. Was also promised to have my delivery fee refunded and never did! I unfortunately cannot recommend this company at all even if the product was 100% amazing.

Maybe I am just really bad at assembly but I gave up halfway through LOL. My dad assembled it for me over the weekend. The pros: IT'S BEAUTIFUL. Like literally I'm in love with it. It LOOKS EXPENSIVE and it makes my bedroom look incredible. The cons: You CANNOT assemble it alone if you're 20 something and have never assembled anything LOL or maybe you can but I couldn't so be weary of that. I thought another con would be that it would get dirty easily but so far I've been using a lint roller to remove the dust every few weeks and that's working. Buy this bed, you won't regret it!
