Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada (except for Quebec) over the age of majority, except for residents of Quebec. 

Contest Description:

Contest begins Friday, November 4 (6:00pm – PST) and will run until Sunday, November 13 (11:59pm – PST). Contestants are invited to enter to win Aykah Bed Frame to refresh their bedroom space for the holiday season. To enter, contestants must follow Aykah on Instagram, like the contest post and comment tagging a friend. Each tag for a friend counts as an entry. For additional contest entries to increase chances of winning, contestants are invited to share Aykah’s contest post on their Instagram Story. Winners will be selected Tuesday, November 15, 2022. The chosen winner will receive a Brittany Grey Queen Bed Frame.

How To Enter

No Purchase Necessary. To participate in the Contest, you must have an open (non-private) Instagram account. To enter, contestants must follow Aykah on Instagram, like the contest post and comment tagging a friend. Each tag for a friend counts as an entry. For additional contest entries to increase chances of winning, contestants are invited to share Aykah’s contest post on their Instagram Story. The winner will be asked to fill out and sign a Declaration & Release Form and return it to Aykah, to a specified address, within ten (10) days following receipt of the document.

Prizes

a. Contest Prizing: One (1) AYKAH BRITTANY GREY QUEEN BED. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $800 CAD. Odds of winning depend on the total number and caliber of eligible entries received during the contest period.

For All Prizes: Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent will be provided, and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Aykah, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Aykah reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees and costs associated with prize receipt and/or use.

All prize details are at Aykah’s sole discretion. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $800.00 CAD. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Aykah reserves the right to exclude any entry without notice and to reasonably alter or cancel the contest in the event of a technical failure, fraud or other circumstance beyond its reasonable control. The decision of Aykah is final. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

Winner Verification

Aykah will select at random one winner on Tuesday, November 15th. The successful winner will be required to contact Aykah via the email provided within 3 business days of being contacted by from Aykah. In the event the potential winners do not contact Aykah to confirm their address within 3 business days, they will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be determined by Aykah. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. The contest winners must agree to and sign a release as a condition to and prior to receiving the prize. The winner will also be asked to answer skill-testing question to claim prize.

Conduct and Limitation of Liability

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
Aykah assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) entries lost, stolen, late, delayed, damaged, mutilated, garbled, illegible, incomplete or misdirected (any illegible entries shall be declared null and void); (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems, traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; and (iii) damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer “hackers”, arising as a result of participating in this contest. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the individual to whom an email address is assigned by the organization that is responsible for the domain.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these official contest rules and regulations, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the contest, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Aykah reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include banning or disqualifying entrants from this and future Aykah contests. Aykah reserves the right to disqualify any entries for communication or behaviour made in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Protection of Personal Information

Any personal information collected by Aykah about Entrants is solely for the purpose of administering this Contest. No further communication will be received by Entrants unless Entrants provide Aykah with permission to do.
