I purchased the Brittany Storage Bed in grey linen, from Aykah Furniture. It arrived when expected, in 2 sealed, manageable boxes.
I did run into 3 small issues, all of which were the fault of the manufacturer, not Aykah Furniture. Despite this, Aykah’s Marketing & Sales Coordinator responded promptly to my emailed concerns and even sent their delivery team to my home to correct the issues I was experiencing. They truly did not HAVE to do this, as they could have sent me to deal with the manufacturer instead. I am grateful for the whole team at Aykah Furniture & their efficient efforts to get my bed functioning as intended so I can now utilize the storage underneath.
Thank you guys! And I will absolutely be purchasing additional furniture from them in the future.
Notes for Purchasers:
1. For assembly, use the hardware for each step as indicated in the diagrams of the instructions. The manufacturer listed the incorrect hardware in the written portion, but the diagrams are correct.
2. It says it’s a Level 4-5 out of 5 for difficulty. It also says it’s a 2-person assembly job. These are both correct- I did not have a second person helping me and it therefor took me much longer than it should have! Lol So I suggest having help. Thx.
