WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must have been delivered within the last 14 days of your request.
If your item is not in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a partial refund (this is the amount that you paid, minus the 20% restocking fee) if:

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Aykah offers free shipping all over Canada on all orders over $199. Please note that while we will try our best to ship all over Canada, there may be some areas where our companies refuse service. In that case, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
On orders under $199, shipping all over Canada is $19.99.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED MATTRESS SIZE FOR LIFT-UP BEDS?
We recommend a 10-inch mattress for all of our lift-up storage beds as it is the most compatible mattress size.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We have warehouses located in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, and Ontario Mississauga. Our head office is located at 114-1655, Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam.
CAN i SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY FOR A LATER DATE?
Yes, but only if you're located in Lower Mainland, British Columbia or in the Greater Toronto Area.
