Most furniture arrives within 2–8 business days. Larger furniture such as sofas may take around 10-15 business days to arrive. If you're in the Greater Vancouver or Greater Toronto area, you can schedule your delivery date.
We offer 14-day returns on unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Email service@aykah.ca to start. Return shipping fees apply, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow it on the carrier's site. That's the best way to stay updated on your delivery.
