Wipe with a soft: dry cloth, going with the grain; for spills, use a barely damp cloth and dry right away. Re-check the frame bolts after the first few weeks and once a season after that, since a bed loosens with use. Solid wood reacts to its environment, so keep the room's humidity steady and the frame out of direct sun and away from heat vents.
