The sales associate greeted us right away, she was very knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our questions. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was so hospitable. Offered us coffee and took the time to share more about their brand and values. I ordered the Celeste Sofa Bed about a week ago, and it was delivered within just four days, which was incredible. The delivery was smooth, timely, and professional. The quality of the sofa bed is outstanding. It looks beautiful in our living room, feels super comfortable, and the design fits perfectly with our decor. Overall, the customer service, delivery, and product quality were all 10/10. This is one of the best purchase we had ever made. It is a great add-on to our living room. I needed something firm but a quality product, and so far this sofa had been above my satisfaction level. Assembling this was quite easy and it hardly took myself alone 10 minutes to assemble. The three different levels of this sofa bed are way much practical than i thought it earlier. We mostly put it on the lounge level and enjoy late night movies together after work. The customer service team was very helpful too, we asked them like 10-15 questions and still they were answering our queries patiently. And yes, it is quite heavy and sturdy, so make sure you assemble it in the location where you want to place it. The legs are made of good qualitywood, which is a good for us, matches with our floor.

Perfect, it's just perfect! I needed a couch while I waited for a custom couch to arrive in couple of months. This worked esthetically very well and was beyond EASY to put all together. While I couldn't screw in the arms to the available holes in the back of the couch, it didn't seem to off set anything. The couch is very firm, but it is exactly what I was looking for. Also, a nice touch to have extra space if any of your friends come for a visit, it folds easily into a spare bed!!
