Crafted with Intention

Designed for Everyday Living

Extending Homestead is a one-person job: swing the butterfly leaf out to seat a bigger crowd, then tuck it back under the top when you're done. Built from solid acacia in a brushed, light driftwood finish, with angled legs that free up seats at the ends, it comes in two sizes: a Small that runs 55 to 71 inches for four to six, and a Large that stretches 71 to 102 for six to eight. On quiet days it makes a roomy desk, too.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, going with the grain; for spills, use a damp cloth and dry right away. Use coasters and trivets, and keep hot dishes off the bare top. Keep the leaf runners clean and dust-free so the extension glides smoothly, and operate the mechanism gently. Solid wood reacts to its environment, so keep the room's humidity steady and the table out of direct sun and away from heat vents.

Easy to put together at home. Download the sheet for step by step guidance.

A dry or slightly damp cloth for regular dusting is all you need. If something spills, just wipe it up promptly to keep the surface looking its best. No special cleaners or spot treatments required.

It uses a single butterfly leaf that stores neatly under the tabletop when not in use, so extending it takes just a few minutes with no extra parts to store separately.

Depends on the size: the Small comfortably seats 4 to 6 (55" to 71"), while the Large seats 6 to 8 (71" to 102.4").
