Beautiful chairs! Highly recommend.
We received 4 chairs but, there were missing pieces. We also had no idea how the seat was supposed to go on. It didn't look like the holes matched up.
The company sent the missing pieces out immediately. They also took a video showing us how to put the seat on. I don't mean a tutorial, they actually took a video live, of a gentleman showing us as if we were right there.
Super impressed.
We will be using them again.

It was hard to put together with that small Allen key you provided as the hole/bolts didn’t match up perfectly! A bit more detail about how to attach the seat to the chair would have been appreciated.
These counter height stools look great in my kitchen as they really make island feel like a centre piece for people to get together. They are comfortable seating that add more places to lounge and chat while food is being prepped. The only negative feedback I would have is that they are tough to assemble. There are too many parts and tiny screws that take a lot of time for the initial install specially trying to screw the seat cushion to the seat. The instructions are also not very helpful to make the installation easier.
They were kind enough to build the chairs in the store and then even let me exchange for new ones once I came across the chairs I really wanted.

These are great! A little tricky to install (I’m a novice though) but the style, the large scoop seating and the comfortable back all make it a great fit for our kitchen.
